You're worth it. You're not worth it at some point. We have to decide which voice we're going to. Listen to, I know I did. There's the voice that encourages me that believes in my value. And then there's the voice of tries to hold me back and tries to make me doubt my worth because of some negative comment, or because that performance didn't go, as well as it could have that boys can always find something some insecurities or some button to press and use it. Try and bring me down. But the other voice, the positive voice is informed. By my parents who taught me to never take no, for an answer who worked and struggled and fought hard and who stayed positive and did everything they could. To show me that I'm worth it. That voice breaks through the noise and negativity and keeps me going. It helps me except my flaws and my weaknesses and see them as opportunities for growth. It helps me get up when I fall down. Forgive myself, when I go wrong, and it encourages me to keep growing to try to be better. So that's the voice. I choose to listen to however loud that other voice speaks. Sometimes. Remember negativity isn't worth it. You are, you're worth it. Always.
