When something is too familiar and it's repetitive, your body just becomes stagnant, you know, and I found myself Plateau with my training. Now, I'm after lot more than that. I want to be functional. I want to be useful, I think making positive changes and steps towards a healthier happier life. There's a Snowball Effect. Do you start to eat better? All of a sudden you want to try and butter you realize you recovery and your sleep is just as important. I don't think there's many people out there that when training right and eating right and resting and being mindful, don't feel happier. And I know I'm at my birth doing all those things as well as the quest continues.
