[자막]Q&A with Tania Sachdev What does it mean to you to be part of "She Moves Us"? I think for me "She Moves Us" is about the passion for life. It's about doing things that light up our mind light up our soul light up our brain. And in the process hopefully light up the world and give motivation to others as well to be able to do the same. Have you drawn personal or professional inspiration from other women? I think there are so many iconic women in the world who raised the bar Have you and really showed that it's okay to break conventions and it's okay to break norms. And yes it's not easy and it's hard but it's also sort of rewarding. To be completely honest it's a lot to do with how I feel about the game that drives me. but definitely seeing the women around me in my personal space go after the things that drive them definitely makes me feel like I can do that as well. Name one thing you wished you had known earlier in your career The one thing that I learned along the way would be that you don't have to live up to the expectations of others. I think you have to do things which exceed your own expectation to build a world around yourself that you feel proud of. And that is the only thing that is your responsibility: to create the life that you are proud of. How would you describe a strong woman? For me personally I would say a strong woman is somebody who has complete belief in herself. And no matter how many people question her how many people try to put some kind of self-doubt in her. Whatever the circumstances is there is an ultimate belief in herself and her goals. And she is able to take them on take on the challenges whether it's external whether it's internal and go forward with once again the life that she wants to create. What would you tell young women? If I had to talk to my younger self I would probably go and give her a big hug and tell her that it's going to be amazing in the most difficult times and just keep going. The only thing that I would like to say to people who have a passion for something which is not what the society or the general norm or the general structure is or what people expect out of you. And you have a path that you want to take because it makes you happy. Just keep going on it. And believe in yourself. It's going to get tough and it's definitely going to get hard. It's not going to be easy. But in the end it's going to be 100% rewarding. MOVES SHE US Y US
