When something is too familiar and it's repetitive, your body just become stagnant. You know, what I found myself Plateau with my training. Now I'm after lot, more than that. I want to be functional. I want to be useful, I think making positive changes and steps towards a healthier happier life. There's a Snowball Effect. Do you start to eat better all the sudden, you want to train better? You realize your recovery and your sleep is just as important. There's a positive impact on my emotional state purely by what I eat by how I train. And there's times when you can have a perfect meal full of all the right nutrients and there's other times you to Lifestyle habits and work and so on that you're cutting corners. I find that's where supplements come in. They fill in the gaps that you may have missed and they can sure that we're getting all the nutrients that we need. So I don't think there's many people out there that when training right and eating right and resting and being mindful, don't feel happier. And I know I'm at my birth doing all those things.
